Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable and due at the time of booking to secure the time and date and the deposit goes towards your service total.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due PRIOR to the session or at the beginning of the session.
What if something happens, will I be able to reschedule my session?
Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours prior to the session/event. A $25 fee will be administered if the client cancels within 48 hours. The client must reschedule within one week of the session date. Clients are only allowed ONE rescheduled before required to pay another deposit.
What about inclement weather?
In case of inclement weather, clients will be able to reschedule without any fees.
What time should I arrive at my session"?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so the session can start on time.
What happens if I am late to me session?
If clients are late to your sessions/event, they will have the time left from the session booked.
I did not show for my session, can I get a refund?
NO REFUND is given to a client who does NOT SHOW.
Kaptured by Kya canceled my sessions, can I get my money back?
If any circumstances do not allow Kaptured by Kya to complete the session, the client will receive a FULL refund and the option to reschedule without any extra fees.
How will I receive my photos?
All images are sent via a password-protected online photo gallery.
